If you would like to participate in our pilgrimage to Assisi, please add and submit your details below.  You can use this form for up to 4 participants.  We are required to submit the name, date and place of birth and nationality for each participant to the hotel.

Please also make a transfer of €100 per participant to the Knights of Saint Thomas More account number 310-1532871-66, mentioning your name, Number of participants and Assisi. The total cost of the ground package is €300.  The balance will be due no later than 26th March 2010.

You are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible so that you can book your flights or make other travel arrangements.  In the case of cancellation, refunds will be at the discretion of the Supreme Knight and will depend on cost commitments made.

Flights are to be booked and paid directly by the participant.  Early bookers will have an advantage; late bookers will pay a premium.  At the beginning of January, these flights are selling on ryanair.com for €29.99 each way per person, plus charges.  Total cost €108.81 per person.

Since we will all book our own flights, you will also have the possibility to make your own way to Assisi to meet up with the group.  It will be possible to extend your stay beyond the days of the retreat at your own cost.
